I HAPPY

the best moment of my life so far:

i was away for most of a day and got home after he was in bed. when he "found" me the next morning he threw his arms around me and burrowed his face in my shoulder and yelled, "I HAPPY"!

Boo!

Fall is here and the trees are turning beautiful colors!

Luca was a skeleton for Halloween. We went to his school for a Pumpkin Path celebration. It was so neat. It's sort of a hippie-fairy anti-commercial halloween celebration. These angel guides take you through the school, which is decorated in celebration of fall. There was a room made to look like the inside of a tree, and a woman inside dressed as a crone, and she told a story to the kids and passed out apples-- that sort of thing.

We passed out candy on Halloween night. We must have had at least 800 trick or treaters!! He waved to everyone, hung out, and just enjoyed the party. Because we live in a neighborhood that is not rural and not super hilly, huge groups of people come- it's a tradition! It was a lot of fun.

yeah, he has picked the binky back up. mysterious.
